Reno Housing Authority and Brinshore Development have partnered to construct 199 low income dwelling units with a separate club house and site amenities such as a bocce ball court, basketball court, and updated picnic areas totaling over 215,000 square feet of new construction.  This project received development funding from the state along with private investments and complies with Davis Bacon and Section 3 requirements and is energy star rated.

 The project consists of demolition of 100 existing dwelling units and related infrastructure, installation of new on-site utilities, construction of seven cold formed steel residential buildings, a separate community building, parking, site amenities, sidewalks, surface drainage, retaining walls, site electrical, landscaping and related work.
