Victor Gonzalez

Victor Gonzalez is a Project Engineer with a strong foundation in civil and structural engineering, currently working at Pinecrest Construction. Born and raised in Orange County, California, he combines local knowledge with hands-on project experience to deliver practical, effective engineering solutions.

Victor began his career at CEM Construction in Montebello, California, where he focused on wet utilities and underground pipeline systems. He then transitioned into structural design, working on wood-framed structures reinforced with concrete and steel, as well as designing retaining wall systems — building a well-rounded expertise in both infrastructure and vertical construction.

He earned his bachelor’s in civil engineering and science from California State University, Fullerton in 2020. Victor holds an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification and is actively working toward his Professional Engineer (PE) license. With a strong balance of design and field experience, he is committed to delivering high-quality, efficient, and sustainable construction projects.
