This is a beautiful 1,418 square foot Wing Stop located on E. Plumb Lane. Working with the Franchisee to build a space in which they are excited and happy to work every day was a really rewarding experience. In fact, owner Dean Siracusa indicated it's been the best construction experience yet out of the 14 restaurants he's built and is easily the nicest, too. These types of restaurants can be tricky as there is a lot of coordination that needs to happen, not just with the subcontractors we hire, but also with the franchisee's vendors while meeting corporate franchise requirements. The Pinecrest team did an outstanding job of making sure everything was completed on time and per plan while adding another satisfied client to the extensive list.
