5-story concrete podium structure that spans 24,850 SF. This structure includes a 36-unit apartment building. The building design incorporates CMU walls on the first floor and 4 stories of wood framing above it. In terms of amenities, the building is well-equipped. It includes an elevator for easy access to all floors, an open parking garage for residents, and recreational areas. Additionally, it offers laundry services for the convenience of the residents and administrative offices for efficient management of the building.
