Eagles Landing Apartments is a CMAR project managed by Pinecrest Construction & Development Co. “Construction began in early Fall 2023 on Eagles Landing Apartments: a 3-story, 30-unit apartment building in Carson City.  This client, Northern Nevada Community Housing (NNCH), develops, owns, and manages high-quality affordable housing, coupled with supportive services, for those most in need in our community.  Includes site amenities and improvements, energy efficient, energy star rated, all electric, and net zero project. Eagles Landing will have a veteran preference attached to it; the project is currently on track to be completed in the Fall of 2024.”
