The project consists of demolition of 100 existing dwelling units and related infrastructure, installation

of new on-site utilities, construction of seven light gauge steel residential buildings, a separate

community building, parking, site amenities, sidewalks, surface drainage, retaining walls, site electrical,

landscaping and related work.  The new construction work includes a total of 199 new affordable

dwelling units and approximately 215,443 square feet of new construction.
