Eagles Landing Apartments is a CMAR project managed by Pinecrest Construction & Development Co. “Construction began in early Fall 2023 on Eagles Landing Apartments: a 3-story, 30-unit apartment building in Carson City.  This client, Northern Nevada Community Housing (NNCH), develops, owns, and manages high-quality affordable housing, coupled with supportive services, for those most in need in our community.  Eagles Landing will have a veteran preference attached to it; the project is currently on track to be completed in the Fall of 2024.”
