Nicolette began her journey in accounting and construction back in 2001, gaining experience with everything from small family-run businesses to large publicly traded companies. Her diverse background has shaped her into a versatile professional with a strong passion for efficient business systems and streamlined operations.

A proud graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, with degrees in both English Literature and Accounting, Nicolette brings both analytical precision and creative thinking to her work. Deeply rooted in Northern Nevada, she’s excited to contribute to Pinecrest’s mission and be part of a team that’s actively shaping and supporting our community.
