Mitch Coward
Superintendent
Mitch Coward is a native Nevadan, born and raised in Reno. His construction career began in 1992 as a concrete set-up carpenter for Valley Concrete. Over the past three decades, Mitch has built comprehensive expertise across every phase of construction, progressing through roles as lead framer, foreman, and job site superintendent with various respected contractors throughout the region.
His hands-on experience encompasses concrete work, framing, MEP coordination, commercial hardware installation, and finish carpentry. In October 2025, Mitch joined Pinecrest Construction & Development Co. as Superintendent, bringing his wealth of experience to manage projects from start to finish.
Known for his meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to safety, Mitch leads by example and works alongside his crews on-site. He holds multiple certifications including OSHA 30, OSHA Level 1 Lead, First Aid, and CPR, demonstrating his dedication to maintaining the highest standards in the construction industry.
