Katy joined Pinecrest as Accounting Assistant in 2015, where she spent six years working closely with the Controller to ensure timely billings and payments to property owners, clients, and subcontractors. Her meticulous approach to financial operations established her as a reliable cornerstone of the accounting team.

In 2021, Katy transitioned to Project Coordinator, bringing her organizational expertise directly to the field. She now provides critical on-site administrative support for multi-family projects, coordinating documentation, communications, and logistics that keep complex developments running smoothly. Her ability to anticipate needs and maintain seamless coordination between office and field teams makes her an invaluable asset to every project she supports.

A Reno native, Katy lives locally with her husband—a Pinecrest superintendent—and their two young children, making her deeply connected to both the company and the community it serves.
