Josh Hancock

With over 15 years of diverse construction experience, Josh brings a proven track record in safety management and team communication. For the past 9+ years, he has served as a superintendent, leading projects ranging from luxury student housing across the West Coast—from Oregon to Arizona—to custom homes, multifamily developments, commercial tenant improvements, and historic remodels.

Six years ago, Josh and his family returned to his roots in the area. When he's not on-site, you'll find him with his wife and two sons (ages 9 months and 6 years) exploring the outdoors. They're passionate snowboarders, and Tahoe is their go-to destination for hitting the slopes.
