Jim Riggs

Jim has extensive experience in the trades, having grown up in a family development company in the Napa Valley. He has held various positions such as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Director of Pre-Construction. Jim also possesses considerable fieldwork experience, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the construction process. Beginning his computer design journey with AutoCad 2000, he has amassed over 25 years of experience, excelling in design and 3D modeling. His expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) has facilitated the construction of numerous projects by enhancing design and visualization, enabling accurate estimations, performing clash detection, aiding in the construction process, and assisting ownership teams with maintenance post-construction. Additionally, Jim successfully operated a cabinet and millwork shop in Southern California for more than 16 years. For the past 6 years, he has served as a Senior Project Manager, Vice President of Operations, and BIM Designer for multi-family, commercial, and industrial builds in the Greater Reno area.
