Jasen Boyens

Jasen brings over 30 years of comprehensive experience in the building industry to Pinecrest. After graduating from San Diego State University, he began his career with the City of San Marcos, California, as a Public Works Administrator, where he managed streets, parks, and vehicle maintenance operations while administering capital improvement projects including road enhancements and public facilities.

Transitioning to the private sector, Jasen has served as Project Manager for various general contractors, building extensive expertise across commercial projects and public works construction. His diverse project delivery experience encompasses hard-bid, design-build, and negotiated contracts, giving him a versatile skill set that adapts to any procurement method.

Jasen's unique combination of public and private sector experience provides invaluable perspective in navigating complex regulatory requirements while delivering quality projects on time and within budget.
