Jarrod Fleetwood

Estimator

Jarrod Fleetwood began his career as an Airborne Ranger in the United States Army, an experience that established the discipline and precision he brings to every project today.

Entering the construction industry as a laborer in Tahoma, Jarrod spent 15 years in residential construction — 12 of them in the field — progressing from carpenter to Site Superintendent. That hands-on foundation is central to his effectiveness as an estimator. He has built what he prices, and he understands the true cost behind every line item.

After earning his degree in Construction Management, Jarrod moved into estimating and project management before advancing to Chief Operations Officer. This breadth of experience gives him a clear understanding of how projects are won, executed, and delivered — a perspective that informs every bid he produces.

Throughout his career, Jarrod has worked extensively across the region's most notable private communities, including Tahoe Donner, Lahontan, Martis Camp, Schaffer's Mill, and Clear Creek. He has also provided estimating and construction support for Hurricane relief efforts and flood recovery projects throughout the South.

Most recently, Jarrod has transitioned into commercial and multi-family construction, expanding his expertise into larger and more complex scopes of work. Outside of work, he is an avid hockey player.
