Pinecrest Construction did two speculative design-build TI's for an investor/developer. With a lot of experience in office and layout design, Pinecrest was able to convert the vacant shells into high-end office spaces. They were able to complete this project in an efficient and cost-effective way, all while increasing the value of the space. Each space was leased upon completion of construction.
