Cito Garcia

Since joining Pinecrest Construction in 2004 as a carpenter, Osvaldo "Cito" Garcia has risen to Field Operations Manager, bringing over two decades of hands-on experience to his leadership role.

Cito oversees day-to-day field operations including crew deployment, job walks, safety compliance, and material coordination. He serves as backup for site superintendents, stepping in to conduct inspections, punch walks, and resolve jobsite challenges as needed.

Known for his ability to lead and mentor field teams, Cito provides practical training on tool usage, equipment operation, and safety protocols. With OSHA 30 certification and deep knowledge of construction best practices, he fosters a culture of safety, quality, and productivity across all Pinecrest job sites.
