Since joining Pinecrest Construction in 2004 as a carpenter, Osvaldo “Cito” Garcia has risen through the ranks to become Field Operations Manager, bringing over two decades of hands-on field experience to his leadership role. Cito plays a central role in supporting the efficient execution of construction projects by overseeing manpower allocation, field coordination, production tracking, and jobsite logistics.
In his current position, Cito is responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, including supervising crew deployment, conducting regular job walks, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating material deliveries. He also serves as a backup for site superintendents, stepping in to conduct inspections, punch walks, and resolve jobsite challenges when needed.
Cito is known for his ability to lead and mentor field teams, providing practical training on tool usage, equipment operation, and safety protocols. With an OSHA 30 certification and a deep understanding of construction best practices, he fosters a strong culture of safety, quality, and productivity across all Pinecrest job sites.
In addition to field leadership, Cito supports administrative functions such as payroll coordination and warehouse inventory management, ensuring all aspects of jobsite readiness are in place to keep projects moving forward.
