Bryce Beatie

Bryce entered the construction industry in 2019 after seven years in the heavy equipment sector, bringing mechanical expertise and operational knowledge to his new career path. He quickly made a significant impact, particularly through his work on various projects for Renown, including his proud contribution to converting Renown's Mill Street Parking Garage into an Alternate Care Unit during a critical time.

Since joining Pinecrest, Bryce has successfully completed numerous tenant improvement projects serving as both Project Manager and Superintendent. His ability to manage multiple aspects of construction—from electrical and plumbing coordination to scheduling and client relations—demonstrates exceptional versatility and technical competence.

Recently transitioning into the role of TI Manager, Bryce now oversees Pinecrest's tenant improvement division. His approachable nature and strong communication skills make him a trusted partner for clients, while his hands-on problem-solving ability ensures projects are delivered smoothly and successfully.
