Throughout his career, Brett has developed a reputation as a results-driven superintendent with exceptional hands-on leadership skills. He believes in leading by example, working alongside crews to ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. In May 2025, Brett joined Pinecrest Construction & Development Co. as Superintendent, bringing his expertise and collaborative approach to the team.
