With extensive experience in financial management, Ashly has developed strong expertise in controlling operations and overseeing accounting functions across diverse industries. Most recently, she served as a Controller at Dayton Valley Turf Inc. & Turf Brokers Inc., where she managed all financial operations, including financial statements, payroll, budgeting, and tax compliance. Ashly has a proven track record of optimizing financial workflows and ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and financial forecasting.

In addition to financial leadership, Ashly has held roles that bridge accounting and operations management, including overseeing daily operations at National Dentex nSequence. In this role, she ensured seamless coordination across accounting, inventory management, HR, and administrative functions, enhancing efficiency and customer service.

Earlier in their career, Ashly also played a key role as a Controller for Local 169 of the Laborers International Union, managing complex payroll systems, tax filings, and financial reporting for multiple portfolios while ensuring compliance with labor laws and union-specific regulations.

Holding dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno, Ashly brings a strategic, results-driven approach to financial leadership and operational excellence.
