Patricia Kepke


With over three decades of financial management experience in leadership roles across manufacturing, hospitality/travel, construction, and the commercial aviation industry, Patricia has provided the business knowledge and strategic direction required for sustaining business growth.

Patricia began her professional career in Texas after graduating from the University of Houston with a BBA in Accounting. Years later, career opportunities led her to S. California and then to N. Nevada where she worked for a local home builder from 2003 to 2010. Additional construction experience came from 2011 to 2013, by working for a local public works contractor with projects in CA & NV ranging from $5M to $35M.

Career highlights include multiple executive appointments for private and public companies, a member of an executive team that successfully established a US green field operation for UK public company and responsible for establishing a startup division in the EU for US based private company.

Patricia joined the Pinecrest team in 2020 with a commitment to support and advance business operations with a focus on growth and sustainability.
