Pinecrest Construction did a full gut and remodel of the original buffet built in the 1980's. The project was a collaboration between Pinecrest, the owners and the designers to get some unique, modern arhcitecturual features incorporated into the space. After the complete overhaul the buffett saw a higher amount of foot traffic and daily services.
