Moving right along as we continue construction for Truckee Heights Apartments.  This client, Northern Nevada Community Housing (NNCH), develops, owns, and manages high-quality affordable housing coupled with supportive services for those most in need in our community. Truckee Heights will have a veteran preference attached to it.  With rental rate increases, our veterans are more than deserving!
