John has been in the construction industry for 32 years.  He started his career in construction as a project foreman to a superintendent building custom homes, multi-family, remodels, and additions.   His journey from a project foreman to a superintendent demonstrates his dedication and skill in this field.

• Stevenson Street Apartments: A 5-story podium with 4 stories of wood frame, comprising 69 units.
• Syres Apartments: A 3-story wood frame walkup with 330 units.
• Keystone Village Apartments: 2 & 3-story apartments with a total of 115 units.
• Overlook Apartments: A 3-story wood frame with 342 units.

In addition to these, John has also worked on several federal/public work projects, such as:

• Los Angeles National Cemetery Expansion, Santa Monica, CA: A 7-acre addition worth $18.2 million.
• Baltimore National Cemetery Expansion, Baltimore, MD: A 2-acre addition worth $6.9 million.
