Superintendent
Alex began as a landscaper, honing his skills in installing landscaping and pavers. His seasonal work laid the foundation for his future endeavors. Transitioning into the construction industry, Alex assumed the role of an assistant superintendent. In this capacity, he conducted quality control (QC) job site visits and contributed to the efficient scheduling of tenant improvements for Travel Centers of America and Pet Supplies Plus. Alex’s dedication paid off, and within a year, he ascended to the position of superintendent. His notable achievement during this time was overseeing the completion of a 2-story assisted living facility in Denver, Colorado.
Alex holds certifications in OSHA-30 (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and SWPPS (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan). Alex later relocated to Reno, where he continued his journey as a superintendent.
His leadership skills shone through, and he swiftly became a lead. Notable projects he completed include: Home2Suites, Azure Multi-family in Sparks, and GYGB Self Storage.
